Trailblazers in a genre that eventually married the underground with commercial success, setting a blueprint for waves of contemporaries to follow, the group’s legacy is undeniable.

Formed in 2004 in the Brisbane suburb of Mansfield, Violent Soho quickly established themselves as one of the greatest live acts in Australia. An intrinsic part of the fabric of the Australian music scene, the band built a community of like-minded music lovers, releasing ARIA Gold-accredited Hungry Ghost in 2013, propelling them into the hearts and stereos of many around the world.  

The album quickly became a cult classic, soundtracking skate videos and house parties across the country, and leading to Soho's first mainstage performance at Splendour in the Grass in 2014, an iconic moment for the band and fans alike. 

Across their nearly 20-year career the band won two ARIA Awards for ‘Best Rock Album’ and ‘Best Group’, an AIR Award for ‘Best Hard Rock, Metal or Punk Album’ and achieved multiple Double Platinum, Platinum and Gold singles and a placing at #40 for Covered in Chrome in the triple j Hottest 100 of all time. Their last two albums (Everything Is A-OK and WACO) debuted at #1 on the ARIA Charts with the 10th Anniversary vinyl repressing of Hungry Ghost released in 2023, garnering a #1 Australian Album on the ARIA Charts, cementing its lasting impact. 

After years of tireless touring, in 2022 the band announced an indefinite hiatus. Four years later, Violent Soho return to the stage bringing their exuberantly, adrenaline packed live show once again.

After bursting onto the global music scene in 2016, Amy Shark’s seven-time platinum single ‘Adore’ put her on the map as one of Australia’s most formidable songwriters. This was followed by APRA Song of the Year-winning, seven-time platinum and #1 Australian Airplay Chart hit, ‘I Said Hi’, and 2019’s three-time platinum single ‘Mess Her Up’.

Shark’s debut #1 ARIA album and platinum-certified Love Monster was recognised in 2018 with four ARIA Awards (Album of the Year, Best Female Artist, Best Pop Release, Best Producer [Dann Hume]) and was nominated for another five.

Love Monster went on to become the highest-selling album by an Australian artist in 2018. In 2020, Amy released her ARIA Award-winning, three-time platinum-accredited single, ‘Everybody Rise’, which is nearing 50 million streams globally and spent 12 weeks in the Top 10 Australian airplay chart.

Amy’s sophomore album, Cry Forever, was her second #1 ARIA debut, holding the top spot for two weeks consecutively. Shark teamed up with blink-182’s Travis Barker on gold-accredited single ‘C’Mon’ and global superstar Ed Sheeran to co-write the two-time platinum single ‘Love Song’s Ain’t for Us’ featuring Grammy® award-winning artist Keith Urban.

Forged in a share house home-studio somewhere in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs over two years of lockdown, Playlunch is the brainchild and passion project of Liam Bell. Creating a cocktail of late 90s and early 2000s Aussie nostalgia, and taking inspiration from retro dance music icons, Playlunch is pioneering a new flavour of bangers altogether: ‘Bogan Funk’.

Since their debut in April 2022, Playlunch have exploded at a rapid rate across both the Melbourne music scene and now also Nationally (and internationally!) in 2024. Releasing their debut album in November 2023 titled "Who's Ready For A Good Time?", Playlunch have soared to new heights with viral TikTok videos, High Rotation Triple J play & massive Sell Out shows across the country. Dan Rankine PKA as trials is a renowned producer from Adelaide Australia with 2 x Double Platinum and 10 x Gold records under his belt, along with 4 x ARIA Awards and 5 further nominations.

As a producer, trials has written musical scores for movies, mini-series and documentaries. His impressive body of work includes collaborations with a wide range of artists including: Drapht, Gurrumul, Archie Roach, Hilltop Hoods, Pete Murray, Seth Sentry, Illy, DZ Deathrays, Paul Kelly, Thelma Plum, Mo’Ju and Dune Rats.

As one half of A.B. Original, trial’s work has left a mark on the Australian music scene like no other winning the duo many accolades including the APRA AMCOS Music Songwriter of the year, triple j Album of the Year and the Australian Music Prize to name a few.

‘hendle’ is trial’s groundbreaking multidisciplinary solo project, combining a memoir, an album, and a visual art series. Together, they tell a deeply personal story of resilience, cultural legacy, and identity—each medium amplifying the other to create a unique but universal story of truth.

Lyric is a 22-year-old singer/songwriter and producer who entrances audiences with her relatable lyricism and innovative production quality. Writing songs for as long as she's been able to pick up a pen, she now crafts her tunes from the comfort of her home studio, having self-taught herself how to produce.

Her TikTok viral single, 'Gravity', surpassed 700K streams and sold out her first QLD headline shows. The song was then follow up by tracks such as 'Wildfire (Make You Mine) and 'Isabella', before finalising in her sophomore EP 'Nostalgia' - an emotional body of work that explores the complicated feelings of growing up, childhood, and time passing you by a little too quickly. With an incredibly passionate and strongly growing online fanbase, Lyric is certain to be an artist to keep a keen eye on.

Birdland are 17-year-old triplets from Perth/Boorloo delivering sunlit indie-pop. Their songs are driven by a sharp melodic instinct, with hooks that hit instantly and don’t let go.
