HOW DO I GET THERE?
PARKING
Unreserved parking is available on site via the Racecourse Road entry. Parking is free, but spaces are limited, so carpooling is strongly recommended. Due to expected heavy congestion on the local road network, please allow at least 60 minutes for entry and exit of the venue. The best method of travel is via Bus Shuttle.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Accessible Parking is available in the Mornington Racecourse public car park on presentation of an Accessible Parking Permit.
DROP-OFF PICK-UP ZONE
A drop-off / pick-up area is located adjacent to the Mornington Racecourse Public Car Park at 320 Racecourse Road, Mornington.
BUS TRANSFER

LEAVING THE VENUE AFTER THE SHOW
Please be prepared and allow some time to leave the venue if you are driving. Expect delays. Your patience is appreciated. Also please respect our neighbours.
CAN I GET A PASS OUT?
There will be no pass outs for this event unless in an emergency or medical situation.
Please make sure bring everything you need for the whole day/night.
WHERE CAN I SMOKE?
Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, except in designated smoking areas.
Please look out for signage marking this area.
ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
Accessible Parking is available in the Mornington Racecourse public car park on presentation of an Accessible Parking Permit.
There is also a pick-up/drop-off point located adjacent to the Mornington Racecourse Public Car Park, which is recommended for those travelling with patrons with accessibility needs.
Once inside the venue an accessible viewing area is available approx. 50m from the stage. Accessible bathrooms are located in both toilet blocks (main building and front gate compound). The area is reserved for accessible patrons and their immediate accredited carer. Please note that this is an outdoor venue with uneven surfaces and is open to the elements.
We have made a number of provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all. These include the provision of a complimentary carer ticket, accessible entrance lanes and accessible toilet facilities. On show day, our customer service staff will be available if you need assistance in accessing the concert site.

CAN I BYO FOOD & BEVERAGES?
This is a fully catered venue with a range of bar and food options. Free drinking water will be available in the venue and patrons may bring in empty plastic bottles for this purpose. You may bring a small quantity of your own food/snacks in a soft cooler bag. You may bring SEALED plastic bottles of still water. No cans or glass.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
The concert will proceed rain or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario.
By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge the venue is an open air space and no refunds or exchange will be given in the event of bad weather. If it looks overcast we recommend bringing a rain poncho and gumboots as umbrellas are not allowed inside the venue. No refunds will be given to those who decide not to attend the concert due to weather conditions.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
As much as we love our pets, dogs and other animals are not permitted at the event; with the exception of registered Assistance Animals.

Bags
Bags will be subject to a search upon entry. Any person in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry to the site. If in doubt leave it at home or in the car.

Patrons are encouraged to pre-print e-tickets or collect their tickets in advance from a Ticketmaster outlet.
Cloakroom Facilities
Cloakroom facilities will not be available. Prohibited items will not be permitted within the event, so if in doubt leave it in the car or at home.
First Aid

Photo ID will be required for entry (this event is strictly 18+). Please note that because this is a licensed venue, patrons are unable to take alcohol from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.

ZERO TOLERANCE ON ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
We have a zero tolerance policy on illegal substances and drugs. Anyone suspected of using or found in possession of illegal substances or drugs will be escorted from the grounds and handed over to the police. Undercover police officers may also be actively searching for offenders.

We want all our patrons to have a great time at our concerts. That’s what concerts are all about. We actively support and promote equality, diversity and inclusion and strive for our concerts and events to be a place of belonging.
But we take bad behaviour seriously.
Bullying, fighting, inappropriate touching of others, throwing items on stage, or verbal abuse are all clearly abhorrent and unacceptable. No person should ever have to endure this type of behaviour by others when they are attending a concert and simply trying to have a great time. We take various measures at our concerts to keep patrons as safe as possible.
